Try this helpful guide first. If it doesn't work, call us!

· Check that the air filter is not dirty and replace if necessary.
· Check the batteries in the thermostat.
· Check that the room thermostat temperature selector is set below the house temperature as indicated on the thermostat, and that the system is in the "COOL" position
· Check that there are no blockages in the return-air or supply-air grill.
· Make sure that furniture, boxes, etc. are not obstructing air flow.
· Check the blower access panel. It must be firmly in place for the unit to operate.
· Check that the outdoor unit power is "ON".
· Check the circuit breaker panel for a tripped breaker.
· Check that the air filter is not dirty and replace if necessary.
· Check the batteries in the thermostat.
· Check that the room thermostat temperature selector is set above the house temperature as indicated on the thermostat, and that the system is in the "HEAT" position
· Check that there are no blockages in the return-air or supply-air grill.
· Make sure that furniture, boxes, etc. are not obstructing air flow.
· Check the blower access panel. It must be firmly in place for the unit to operate.
· Check that the furnace power supply is "ON".
· Check the circuit breaker panel for a tripped breaker.
