We offer several maintenance agreements. Our most popular agreement includes testing and inspecting HVAC equipment, allowing for verification of system operation and testing for proper refrigerant charge, worn and/or failed parts and filter changes. Plus enhanced maintenance tasks such as cleaning of outdoor coil surfaces, calibrating operating and safety controls, lubrication of all motors, and tightening of all electrical connections. This program is designed specifically to protect the building owner's investment by reducing operating costs.
